Say good bye to the unsightly spectacle of cables tacked across skirting boards, this is one development with the future already in mind.

Telephones:
Flexibility & Control Pre-connected telephone points in all main rooms provide full flexibility in how rooms are used and allows home owners connect or disconnect service to individual rooms, as required.

Broadband:
Everywhere at the same time Whether you study, work from home, use email, shop or bank on-line - computers and the internet have become a part of who we are and what we do. Provision for broadband is available in all main rooms, at the same time.

TV:
Enjoy TV at its best All main rooms are cabled to cater for TV, giving you the flexibility to access TV services wherever and whenever you wish.

PC Network
A secure home network is pre-installed so that printers and other devices, can be shared throughout your new home.

Home Office
Working full-time or part-time from home has never been easier, as system allows you set up your home office in whatever room you choose.

Wireless Connectivity
A wireless network can be installed seamlessly for added convenience and flexibility.
