At least two local centres, one in Tandy's Lane Village and the other adjacent to Airlie Park, are being developed in tandem with The Paddocks. These centres will incorporate a convenience store and a range of small retail outlets suitable for a newsagent, a pharmacy, a video store, a doctor's surgery or restaurant/café.
